Borgo Alveria: a little paradise in Sicily

Cinematographer Matteo Cocco and I were on assignment for filming an advertisement spot in Sicily last week. We finished earlier than expected and since our flight back had been delayed we started looking for a hotel on the coast, to find a relaxing spot… Nothing to do… Sicily seemed to be overbooked…
Eventually we drove to Noto, and tried to find a so called “agriturismo”… After the third attempt we finally reach this amazing little spot: the remains of a church with its court, have been renovated by the owners, and transformed in a wonderful spot. Nice landscapes, incredible cuisine and 18 cute donkeys.
The family runs this place since only 90 days, and destiny wants that now we will produce a advertisement spot for them to promote their activity.
