Ready for the Dakar 2010

Also this year I will be on assignment for the brand Loctite, following the adventures of the “Loctite Charlies” who support competitors offering free reparations with their products. I will photographing and filming an advertisement spot for Loctite. The rally will be the perfect test ground of my new Nikon D300s which I use as a second body next to my fantastic D3. I’m a bit skeptical about the video capabilities and versatility, but let’s see…

This time something new about my transportation: I will be in a Press Car for the whole 10,000Km across Chile and Argentina. Driving together with motorsport champion Ellen Lohr, who manages her own Team participating with two race cars and one truck. I’ll be sleeping most of the time in a tent hopefully more than I did last year… 4 hours sleep for 2 weeks aren’t enough for me

I’m ready and thrilled. Hopefully Iberia coworkers at the check in tomorrow morning will be merciful when I arrive with 6 bags/ 60Kg of equipment…
