“Out of the Darkness” is the current working title of my first feature documentary film that I hope will be able to be shown at film festivals internationally. We just finished the second rough cut and are currently losing focus, but that’s a normal stage of the process. For editing we use the card-method. The structure of the film is summarized on cards. Each card represent a scene or a specific part. This “bricks” are then used as building blocks to move around and visually represent the outline of the film. Few more weeks of work, and I hope the final cut will be soon ready.
